Does this product work on 5th wheel trailors Trailor Harness breaks on sharp turns

The EZ Connector Pogo Trailer Cable Holder # 319-TCP011602 that you referenced can be installed on fifth wheel trailers like what you have but if you are breaking trailer wiring when making sharp turns that indicates to me that you have too short of a wiring harness.
I'm not sure what length you have now but we have the part # A10-7W6 which is 6 feet long, # H20046 which is 8 feet long, and # 54006-059 which is 10 feet long.
Another option is the # WG54006-046 which is an 8 foot coiled plug and lead.
