If your 2005 Silverado 2500 is a 6-1/2 foot bed you can use Demco 5th wheel universal installation kit # DM8552009-71 if you have the Premier Series 16K hitch # DM6076P-UL-16K, or custom install kit # DM8553004-12 if you have the Hijacker SL Series hitch # DM6076SL-16K. The part # DM8553004 that you referenced is just the frame brackets for the SL.
If your Silverado 2500 is a long bed use either universal install kit # DM8552009-71 or for a shorter install time the custom install kit # DM8552012-71.
