Today we're going to review part number DW00236. This is the Deka Universal Battery Hold Down Cross Bar. Now this part is designed to go across your battery, hold the battery in place using the J bolts. Now this does not come with any mounting hardware. You can use the ones you have, if you do need new ones we do sell those in our website. They come in different lengths and sizes depending on what size of battery you would have. This is designed to secure your battery in you engine department.
The width of the battery that this will work on, overall width for this is 6 7/8" wide. This is made in the USA and it does come with a one year limited warranty. That should do it for the review on part number DW00236. The Deka Universal Battery Hold Down Cross Bar. .

Proper dimensions, as advertised.
Ws slightly wide for my battery but I had some rubber sheeting I cut to fill in gap and cushion the battery.

Still works great!
I did a lot of searching online to find hold downs that are made in the USA and not China. I ordered two of these for a new battery box on our travel trailer and they worked great. A very well built American product.
The parts are great. The way the parts were shipped, not so great. Our purchase order was not referenced any where, and the only packing list was the UPS label that had the item on it. Not sufficient for accounting rules
