DW00236 I need to secure a group 27 battery thats 6 5/8inch wide. Sounds like its a 1/4inch too wide? Is there another crossbar youd recommend?

To secure your battery that is 6-5/8 inches wide, I recommend looking at the Deka Universal Battery Hold-Down Cross Bar # DW00246. This battery hold-down crossbar can adjust from 5-3/4 inches to 8-1/2 inches wide, so it will work great with your group 27 battery.
