Shock sold separately.etrailer is the only place I could find a repair kit ( if you will) to fix a bad nutcert instead of buying the kit that includes the lift (since I already had that).
etrailer also provided good tracking information and fast delivery.

In the past few years I have placed several orders with etrailer.com. I have never had a problem with any of them.
