GSP offers 4 types of CV axles based on your vehicle and riding habits. The OE+ model is an affordable OEM replacement with neoprene boots. The Heavy Duty (HD) axle has a stronger shaft and TPEE boots that are better than OEM axles. The Xtreem Duty (XD) is 30% stronger than OEM axles and includes a thicker shaft for riding hard and racing. The XD is often used on lifted vehicles. The Xtended axle is a specialty product for those with long travel suspensions. It includes the same quality features of the HD axle but is longer to accomodate different builds.

Hi everybody. Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a quick look together at this GSP custom fit heavy duty CV front axle assembly. Now this is going to let you upgrade your vehicle's front, left, or right OEM setup, depending on your model. And this is going to fit your 2009 to 2022 Polaris, and it's going to fit various models, too many models for me to actually list for you today. So I highly recommend taking advantage of our vehicle fit guide here at etrailer.com, and put your information there.
And our fit guide will confirm if this will work for you, or if we have something comparable that will work for your particular application. But it is important to go through our fit guide. Another way that you can determine fitment is through the spline quantity, and also the axle length. So let me go ahead and give that information to you upfront as well. So the extended length is 28.39 inches.
The compressed length is 26.22 inches. And then the inboard joint type is a double offset joint with a spline count of 22. And then the outboard joint type is ball with the spline count of 26. So those are some additional ways in which you can find out exactly the axle that you need. I do wanna point out that this is not intended for lifted vehicles.
This is also going to be a direct replacement for the models that you see there. And so if you need to revisit this information, obviously you could pause this video, but we do have all of this information listed on this product page as well. So the hardened steel alloy shaft is going to be built to resist wear. The oversized CV joints are going to let you climb rough terrain, and crawl over obstacles. And this does arrive exactly as you see it here on my table.
It's preassembled for simple easy installation. It's already been packed with high performance moly grease to reduce friction. The axle nut is included as well.
