GSP offers 4 types of CV axles based on your vehicle and riding habits. The OE+ model is an affordable OEM replacement with neoprene boots. The Heavy Duty (HD) axle has a stronger shaft and TPEE boots that are better than OEM axles. The Xtreem Duty (XD) is 30% stronger than OEM axles and includes a thicker shaft for riding hard and racing. The XD is often used on lifted vehicles. The Xtended axle is a specialty product for those with long travel suspensions. It includes the same quality features of the HD axle but is longer to accomodate different builds.

Hi everybody, Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a look together at this GSP, custom fit, heavy-duty CV front axle assembly. Now this is going to let you upgrade your vehicle's front left or right OEM setup with a GSP heavy-duty CV axle. And as I mentioned, this is custom fit, and on your screen, I am putting the vehicles that this is going to fit. As you can see, this is gonna fit your 2012 to 2014 Polaris RZR 570, and then your 2008 to 2014 RZR 800. Then your 2013 to 2022 Polaris Scrambler 1000, and then the 850.
And then your 2015 to 2023 Polaris Sportsman 1000, then your 2009 to 2012 Polaris Sportsman 550. And then finally, your 2009 to 2023 Polaris Sportsman 850. So on custom fit parts like this axle, I do recommend taking advantage of our vehicle fit guide here at etrailer.com. Input the year, make, and model of your vehicle, and our fit guide will confirm if this will work for you or if we have something comparable that will work for you. I do want to point out that this is not intended to be installed on vehicles that are lifted.
And then also, I wanted just to put on your screen the numbers that this is a direct replacement for. This information can all be found on this product page if you need to refer back to it. But the hardened steel alloy shaft, this is built to resist wear. And this is going to, again, fit that front left or front right position. The material is 40Cr XC.
And the oversized CV joints are gonna let you climb rough terrain and crawl over obstacles. As you can see, this is very flexible. And the flexible tough TPEE boots are going to resist tearing and cracking, so they're gonna hold up really well for you. And so you're going to receive it just like you see it. This is going to come preassembled.
It's gonna be a simple installation. This is also packed with high-performance moly grease to reduce friction. And as you can see here, the axle nut is also included. And the overall extended length is going to be 23.94 inches. Compressed length is going to be 21.69 inches. And then in case you are wondering, the inboard spline quantity is 22, and then the outboard spline quantity is 26. And I do wanna point out that additional specs are listed on this product page.
