I would like to attach it to a trailer hitch 1 1/4. The rack should also be able to carry a second bike regular upright style. Bike rack for e-bike recumbent with long wheelbase 70 and 57 lbs

The Swagman XC-Extended Platform-Style 2 Recumbent Bike Rack part # S64650-EXT will not meet either the wheel base or weight requirements of your of your bike. It is limited to 35 pounds per bike and a maximum wheelbase of 69 inches. Unfortunately, there are no bike racks for a 1-1/4" hitch that will work with a 70" wheelbase and 57 lbs.

Instead, I recommend a small trailer like the Detail K2 Mighty Multi A-Frame Utility Trailer - 7-1/2' Long - 1,640 lbs
Item # K2MMT5X7. The bed of this trailer is 88" long x 52" wide so you would have plenty of room for your recumbent, your other bike, and even room for other items. You would need some tie-downs like the Erickson Ratchet Tie-Down Straps w/ Web Clamps and S-Hooks - 1" x 10' - 500 lbs - Qty 4 # EM31352 to secure your bikes. You could even add a set of ramps like the Erickson Arched Loading Ramp Set - Center Fold - Steel - 80" Long x 11" Wide - 1,600 lbs # EM07464-2 to make loading and unloading an easier task.
