There are several hitches available for your 2002 E-150 Econoline Van. I have posted a link below of all of the hitches available.
I would recommend the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch for the 2002 Ford Van, item # 75703. This hitch is economically priced and can tow up to 6,000 pounds or 10,000 pounds with a proper weight distribution system, if your van has sufficient towing capacity.
If you need a hitch with more capacity the Curt Class IV Trailer Hitch, item # 14055, will install on your van with no drilling required and provide 10,000 pounds of weight carrying capacity and 12,000 pounds with a properly sized weight distribution system.
