For 4-pole trailer wiring for your 2007 Ford E450 van without the factory tow package you can use Curt custom-fit passive harness # C56020 or the Hopkins custom harness # HM11140495 which has a powered converter. Both are shown on the linked page.
The differences between the two are that the Hopkins kit requires an additional wiring step for installation and that it offers a much higher 8-amp output current rating. This harness will also protect the van's internal wiring from any shorts or faults on the trailer side. The Curt harness does not offer this protection.
