Hey Scott, thanks for reaching out!
We don't have an installation video of the Curt T-Connector # C56391, but we do have one of the Tekonsha T-One # 118730 on a 2017 Volkswagen Golf Alltrack that I'm linking for your reference. The installation between these two parts is virtually the same so the installation will look the same for your Curt wiring kit.
I'm guessing you already have a hitch for your VW. Are you planning on towing with it, or just looking to plug in an accessory like lights on a bike rack?
