Hey Clifford,
To attach a trailer wire harness to the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e45AR you'll need a no-drill mounting bracket # 18140 (short) or # 18136 (long) to wrap around the crosstube of the hitch and a bracket # 18144 (4-pole) or # PK12711U (7-pole) to mount your wire harness connector.
Looking at how the # e45AR sits on a 2006 Lexus GX 470 you could probably go with the short # 18140 if you have a 4-pole connector and place it on the top of the hitch. If you have a 7-pole connector you'll likely need the long bracket # 18136 to get enough clearance to have the bracket at the top.
