Hey Paul! I can recommend a few of the parts you're going to need but you're also going to have to replace your hubs. In order to do this I need you to tell me the part numbers stamped into the side of the bears on one of them and also what your lug nut pattern is. If you could get this information around and comment below I would be happy to find you the right hubs.

A brake flange is definitely going to be needed. If you don't have one, you'll need to measure the diameter of your axle and get back to me with that information as well. You can email whatever pics you have to me directly but I won't be able to pull the information I need off of a picture.

Here are the rest of the parts you will need to add brakes to your 6 x 12 Quality Pro Series trailer:

7-Way Connector & Junction Box - etrailer Wiring 7-Way Kit w/ Junction Box and RV Style Connector item # e99011

Brake Wire - Jacketed 2 Wire (Brake Wire) - 12 Gauge - per Foot item # 12-2-1

Brake Away Kit - Hopkins Engager Trailer Breakaway Kit w/ Charger, LED Tester, Hardware, and 5 Ah Battery item # 20400

Brake Assemblies - etrailer Electric Trailer Brakes 4-Bolt Flange - 10" - item # AKEBRK-35

@J I have linked an article below that will show you how to take your drums apart and read the bearing numbers on the inside. I have also linked an additional article that will show you how to measure your lug pattern. There's two different 5 lug patterns so I don't want to recommend the wrong one.
