Hey Adam, thanks for reaching out!
It sounds like you're either looking for a 24" fabrication part like the Buyers Products Weld-On Receiver Tube with 2" Hitch Receiver # 337RT25824B, or an extender piece like the 18" Extender # e48YR.
If you need the latter in a 24" length then you'll need to fabricate that because the only ones longer than this 18" extension are specialized ones for a dual receiver setup.
