Replacement Manual Lock Out for Dexter A-60 Actuator Disc

Question:

I need to do the same thing. I just got the dexter MODEL A60 / A75 / XR84 drum brake actuator. I’m putting disc brakes on my trailer but want the manual lockout. Will the replacement actuator work with the manual lockout? I want to be able to backup the trailer without the electrical solenoid. The new one I have has a pin that goes through for the manual lockout. In fact I think I might just leave it in manual lockout the whole time

Hey Shane, for a Dexter A-60 coupler we do have a replacement manual lockout with the part # DX94FR. Your actuator should have came with one but it may have been misplaced.

You missed the concept. I have the lockout tool. I need the A60 to eotk for disc brakes. Jd

@ShaneS Sorry about that, but I am not sure what you mean by EOTK?

@JamesonC it’s ok. On the back page of the A60 user manual there is a parts list for the master cylinder plungers. The first one is for drum and disc. The second one is for tandems and the third one is for multiple. I am going to try to use what I have for my single disc set.
