Question:
I have a 2018 Momentum 351M toy hauler, I need to replace my suspension, the original factory equipment is lippert equa flex with 3500 # springs. (not great) I was thinking about going to the Roadmaster Comfort Ride Leaf Spring Suspension Kit w/ Shock Absorbers system. What is your recommendation? should I stay with the equa flex system or do you think the Road master system is an upgrade? Also if I stick with the equa flex system can I go to dexter 4000# springs vs the 3500#? Thanks Russ

Personally Russ, if you are planning to keep your 2018 Grand Design Momentum 351M toy hauler and want to benefit from a better ride then upgrading to the Roadmaster Comfort Ride Leaf Spring Suspension Kit # RM-2460-2570 makes the most sense.
If you choose to keep the Equa-Flex # LC145546 system you can go with the heavier springs but just know that it will likely wear the equalizer even faster since the springs will not flex as much under the weight. This means the Equa-Flex will actually get more shock and wear out faster. If you can send me the tags off your axle I can also verify with Lippert the correct length leaf springs which were installed on your axles.

I've decided to go with the roadmaster system, the question I have would it be advisable to up grade to the 8000# (2580)? would this give it a rough ride????
