Hey Thomas, thanks for reaching out!

You can definitely replace a 20x8.5x10 tire with a 20.5x8x10 tire, but I actually recommend using a 205/65-10 tire instead because it's a more common size and has replaced the older 20.5x8x10 size.

I recommend going with the Loadstar K399 Bias Trailer Tire - 205/65-10 - Load Range E # AM1HP56 because it has a 1,650 lbs at 90 psi weight rating along with an 87 mph rating which makes it the best option for this size tire.

If you're needing to replace your wheels too then we have this same tire available as mounted on a wheel with a 4 on 4" bolt pattern as part # AM3H460 as well as being mounted on a wheel with a 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern as part # AM3H480.

@John For brakes you need the Electric Self-Adjusting # AKEBRK-35-SA. What size wheels do you have?
