The etrailer hitch part # e38KR is a confirmed fit for your 2024 Kia Sportage hybrid and would be what I would recommend. This hitch is mostly hidden since only the hitch opening hangs below the bumper and it has great towing capacities.

Hi Jameson, I'm assuming that the e38KR will fit the 2024 Kia Sportage PHEV? If so, would the installation be the same as a gas version of the car or will anything else need to be removed to fit this hitch? I watched the video for installation and it seemed pretty straight forward, but someone mentioned they had to remove a muffler hook for the HEV version. Thanks.
