I am wondering what air bag kit would work with a 2023 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 High Country Duramax 3.0L 4x4 with adaptive ride control suspension? Thank you!

I do have a potential option for you, but unfortunately we do not offer an air bag kit for your 2023 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 High Country Duramax 3.0L 4x4 with adaptive ride control suspension. We do have the # F2609 kit from firestone which does fit trucks with the adaptive ride control, but it will not fit Diesel models.

We would have to go in a different direction to enhance the suspension on your truck. Your best bet will be a RoadActive Suspension Custom Leaf Spring Enhancement Kit # RAS54FR. This will attach to the factory leaf springs and turn it into a mechanically active system, adding stability and improving handling. This is going to be the only suspension enhancement product we offer for your truck.

Any idea or word if anyone intends on making air springs that work with the 3.0 duramax and adaptive ride control?

@AdamS Sorry, still nothing. The diesel engine and adaptive ride control rule out every air bag kit we offer. At this point I do not anticipate a new kit will be made for these models.

@JesseM How does the diesel engine change the suspension package from a gas. I've been under both and I don't see a difference. I have a 23 1500 Denali with the magnetic ride control and I'm looking for something to boost my rear end when towing my camper. I had an AT4 and the bags worked great. Is the RAS the only option with our ride control? Thank you sir.

Jesse good morning. I have tried everywhere and there is no airbags that will work for my 2023 gmc Denali with ARC and 3.0 duramax. A colleague of yours gave me a # for an airlift set #AL57388. He said it would work, but my understanding talking to a dealer that it will not work. I am towing a TT and would like to take some pressure off of my WDH, (ride is to stiff). Will the the road active work to give me a little raise under load or not. Your colleague said no. I already put blue sumo springs I bought from Etrailer but they are not enough. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

@MichaelW Yes for that the RAS part # RAS54FR is going to be the only option since you have the Duramax with ARC. It will help support and elevate your suspension. It may not get you perfectly level like an air bag kit would, but they will certainly help when under a load.
