Question:
I have a 2018 Silverado with the “max” towing package. I’m towing a 32 foot 8000lb trlr with a tongue weight of about 900lbs. Purchased the Anderson hitch and anti sway from you folks already. Honestly, I’m not real impressed with the Anderson setup. Not sure how pulling the trlr forward with chain equals lifting up with bars. Anyways, 1st, I’m wondering if these will up I can only assume so. 2nd, do I get the standard or HD?

The RoadActive Suspension Custom Leaf Spring Enhancement Kit is an excellent option to provide additional load-leveling support and it will work just fine with an existing weight distribution system. The correct kit for a 2018 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 is part # RAS4611 for standard or part # RAS54FR for heavy duty. The standard would be fine for this application but you could go with the upgraded heavy duty option if you felt the need.
Please note, we actually don't carry the Anderson No Sway Weight Distribution System.
