Resetting the # FR33PR requires pulling the power from the thermostat. However, it is unlikely this will fix your error code. The E3 code means there is a loss of communication between the thermostat and control box.

Double check your wires and make sure they aren't damaged and have a good connection. This is typically the cause of the error. It is also recommended to make sure your A and B wires are in the correct ports. If the thermostat was just installed the wires might have been flipped.

I replaced my power module and my thermostat. And it still shows e3 i turned of power and turned of the battery that didn't work. I hooked thermostat directly to the module that didn't work what might the problem be it's on furrion unit single has heat cold dry and fan

@Randall it sounds like you removed it from the wall and hooked it up directly with some extra wire is that correct? If so, you eliminated the possibility of damaged wire. If everything else checks out it is likely an internal error on the thermostat itself. Before replacing it I would call Furrion just to be sure. They can help you troubleshoot directly while you're standing at the thermostat.
