Yes, it will. I checked with Yakima and the Yakima SkyBox NX 16 Rooftop Cargo Box item # Y95AV is confirmed to fit the 2023 Honda CR-V. The cargo box will clamp to your factory cross bars with integrated clamps that adjust and tighten with a lever inside the box.
