How is the class 4 hitch installed on a Transit 350 Hd extended? Can’t find anything online

To install the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C14012 you'll need to use the fishwire technique to drop the bolts through the frame and then raise the hitch into place and secure it with the nuts.
I've attached the installation instructions as well as an installation video for you to check as well.
