Is there a hitch step attachment that is compatible?

In regards to the B&W Tow & Stow 3-Ball Mount - MultiPro part # BW49FR, there isn't any sort of step attachment. That said, if I were you and I needed some help getting in the bed I would simply rotate the hitch balls so that the side without a ball attached is facing up. This, combined with the ball platform section would provide a nice spot for your foot to rest. It's also height adjustable using the built-in rise/drop feature of the ball mount.

If you're after a ball mount with an actual step add-on, I recommend the Gen-Y Hitch Phantom 2" Shank part # GY98XR which you can then add the Gen-Y Serrated Hitch Mounted Step part # GY79VR to. The Gen-Y Hitch Phantom like the B&W Tow & Stow has a hide away design but if you have the multi-pro tailgate there is nothing built into the Gen-Y Hitch Phantom to accommodate this so I instead just recommend the B&W Tow & Stow due to the multi-pro compatibility.
