What is the outside diameter of the wire harness sheath for H20046? I want to see if it will fit through an existing grommet on my trailer.

I went out to the warehouse and grabbed a 7-Way Molded Trailer Wire Connector # H20046 to measure it for you. I used a set of digital calipers to get an accurate measurement. The diameter of the outer black sheath is 0.59 inches or 19/32 of an inch. A hole 5/8 of an inch would be perfect for this size cable. I have included a link to a video review of this connector for you.
