Can I replace a grease zert on my grand design 5th wheel with the equaflex suspension

Yes, the Grease Zerk # LC44XV for your Lippert Tandem Axle Equa-Flex AP Kit # LC64FR can be replaced as it is removable. Do note that this grease zerk is specific to Lippert as it has a special tapered thread that is not commonly used by other manufacturers.

We also have replacement Wet Bolts # LC126238 and # LC126197 if the bolt is damaged or the threads are broken off inside the bolt.

It would the easiest if you just replaced the bolt you have with the part #34007-187-00 which is the correct bolt replacement for your EZ Flex equalizer part #K71-358-00. The zerk fitting replacement info is not available.

From the measurements you provided, the Lippert Road Armor #LC696740 is going to be the better option. You will also need the #LC64FR to complete it. This will include wet bolts and all shackles, but they will be a little shorter at 3 1/8 inches.

Since we know your 2019 Keystone Outback 210 URS has 3,500 lb axles the correct Lippert Road Armor is the part #LC696740 which is rated for 3,500-8,000 lbs. Then for an upgraded Lippert Tandem Axle shackle and bolt kit you could use the #LC64FR.
