Replacement Trailer Hub for Coleman Caboose Trailer
Products Featured in This Question
Question:
Trying to locate a Coleman caboose replacement hub # 5000 1501 do you have a replacement for it?
asked by: Richard J
Expert Reply:
It looks like the Coleman Caboose uses a small axle with a 4 on 4" bolt pattern for the hub. I don't know the exact part but for something that small it will likely use the Easy Grease Trailer Idler Hub Assembly # AKIHUB-440-2-EZ-2K as a replacement. This hub fits on what is known as a BTR spindle. It's a straight spindle that has a 1" diameter. You can confirm this will fit by pulling your current hub and seeing if your bearings and seal match what this hub comes with:
Inner Bearing - # L44649
Outer Bearing - # L44649
Grease Seal - # 10-9
If you have something different please let me know and I can see if we have something that will work.
