Best Tonneau Cover w/ a Roof Rack for a 2015 Ram 1500 w/ 5-1/2 Foot Bed

Question:

I am going blind trying to figure out if this will work or not. Looking to upgrade my Ram 1500 57inch bed with a cover and load bars primarily for the purpose of carrying bikes over the bed. I have the below items in my cart and just want to verify all of this works together and make sure I dont need anything else Im a little fuzzy on whether the Rhino feet will go in the Elevate TS Rails without any other hardware? TruXedo Deuce 2 Soft Tonneau Cover - Hinged - Roll Up - Vinyl - # TX745901 TH65FRTS Rails for TruXedo Elevate Rack System - Full Size - Short Bed - 72inch - Aluminum - TH65FR Y01-120BRhino-Rack Heavy-Duty Bar Roof Rack for Camper Shells - Track Mount - Black - 54inch Long - Y01-120B

I would be happy to help you and I understand your frustration. The TruXedo Deuce 2 Soft Tonneau Cover - Hinged - Roll Up - Vinyl item # TX745901 fits a 2015 Ram 1500 with a 5-1/2' bed without the Rambox. However the TS Rails for TruXedo Elevate Rack System - Full Size - Short Bed - 72" - Aluminum item # TH65FR mounts in the same place so they are not compatible.

You will need an inside the rails tonneau cover. I recommend the RetraxONE XR Hard Tonneau Cover - Retractable - Polycarbonate - Matte Black - Accessory T-Slots item # RTT-60231. This cover is a confirmed fit for your Ram 5-1/2' bed. Built into the side rails of the RetraxONE XR is a track system that you can use to mount your roof rack crossbars. For this you will want the Rhino-Rack Vortex Crossbar System for Retrax XR Series and Mountain Top EVO-M Tonneau Covers - Black - 71" Long item # RRVA180B-RRRLT600. I have attached a couple of pictures below to show this set up in action.
