Do Yakima OverHaul Ladder Racks Fit Pace Edwards UltraGroove Rails And Explorer Rails?

Is there any difference between the Explorer Rails and the Pace Edwards Ultragroove rails? Will a Yakima Overhaul fit the Explorer Rails as long as I use the Yakima Tonneau Kit 1 adapters? Thank you.

The Pace Edwards UltraGroove and Explorer rails are very similar, with the main difference being the height of the rails; UltraGroove sit slightly higher than Explorer rails. While the T-slot channel does differ very slightly (see photo), they are compatbile with a lot of the same accessories. The Pace Edwards UltraGroove rails are compatible with EL200 Ladder Rack # 311-ELC0101 along with Yakima Overhaul Ladder Racks with an adpater. The Explorer rails are able to accommodate the Pace Edwards Utility Rig Rack Truck Bed Ladder Rack # 311-UR3004 and Pace Edwards Contractor Rig Rack Truck Bed Ladder Rack # 311-CR3004.
I am not showing an UltraGroove compatible with your 2020 Nissan Frontier 6' bed, however, I do show that Pace Edwards Full-Metal JackRabbit Retractable Hard Tonneau Cover w Explorer Series Rails # 311-FEN3857 is a fit for your truck.
We have not yet been able to confirm fitment regarding the Yakima OverHaul Ladder Rack and the Pace Edwards Explorer Rails so I can't say for sure if it will work. While the T-slot channels seem to be very similar, it is possible that the slight difference could make it incompatible with Yakima OverHaul. If you were to try it, go with the following:

-Tonneau Cover Adapter Kit # Y01155
-Yakima OverHaul HD Truck Bed Ladder Rack for Toyota/Nissan Utility Tracks - 500 lbs - 68" Bars # Y01151-5868
To be on the safe side I would stick with the Pace Edwards UltraGroove Cover along with a Pace Edwards ladder rack, that way you know it will work together.
