Hello, I have a voyager XL roof rack that’s unlocked but I can’t find the keys. The number on the lock is 2626. I can’t get keys made. Should I change out the cylinder lock or how do I get replacement keys. Thanks.

Is it possible the lock core number is 2826? That's a pretty common number which would mean the key you'd need is the # THKEYN2826. We don't have a 2626 key number. Let me know either way and I'll see what we can come up with.

Hey Sheena, Thule made the Voyager XL cargo box so the replacement key is part #THKEYN2862 for the 2862 lock.

Since your lock core is engraved with 2856 the correct key you would need for your cargo box would be the #THKEYN2856.
