How To Mount Weight Distribution Hitch On 2021 Intech Flyer Discover W/ Completely Covered A-Frame
Question:
I am purchasing an Intech Flyer Discover and would like to use a weight distribution kit as I will be towing with a Toyota Tacoma. The 2021 has a completely covered tongue with no way to mount a kit. Is there another option for WD or another way to mount?

There is a weight distribution hitch option for your new 2021 Intech Flyer Discover with a completely covered A-frame.
Instead of using a standard weight distribution hitch which has brackets that go around the frame you will need to use a weight distribution hitch that is compatible with bolt on brackets.
I looked up the specs on your 2021 Intech Flyer Discover and found it has a GVWR of 5200lbs. Since tongue weight is typically 10-15% of the trailer weight you should expect to see 520-780lbs tongue weight if the trailer is loaded to the GVWR.
I recommend going with the Chain Hangers for Reese Weight Distribution Systems - Bolt On # RP58305 and Strait-Line Weight Distribution System w Sway Control - Round Bar - 10,000 lbs GTW, 800 lbs TW # RP66087.
Starting with the hangers the # RP58305 will work perfectly as long as the frame is not wider that 2-1/4", and will require you to drill holes in your trailers frame.
The Strait-Line # RP66087 is a fantastic option that works with tongue weights between 400-800lbs so it should work perfectly with your trailer, and offers the best sway control currently offered on a weight distribution hitch. This hitch does not include a hitch ball and since your trailer coupler uses a 2-5/16" hitch ball you will need # 19286.
Once you get your new trailer I recommend loading it how you plan on using it and then measuring the tongue weight using a tongue weight scale like the # e99044 or by following the included help article. Once you know where your tongue weight will be then you can confirm that this hitch will work for your application.
If you find your tongue weight is outside of this 400-800lb range just let me know.
I included videos of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.

I found this very helpful! I have a 2022 Intech Flyer Discover and a 2022 F150 Tremor. I'm curious if a weight distribution hitch would be helpful/necessary for me? GVWR of the truck is 7000lbs. Thanks!
