Does this hitch hang lower then Toyotas Rec Hitch? Some hitches hang lower and create an issue with ground clearance.

Looking at the available factory options for the 2021 Toyota Venza, it appears as though the Toyota hitch is the Activity Mount. The Toyota Activity Mount hangs just below the bumper. This is also the case with the # C89UR Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver since it has a concealed cross tube. Any difference in clearance would be negligible since only the receiver is exposed, just like the Activity Mount.
The Curt will give you the 2" receiver instead of the 1-1/4" from the activity mount and also has a 2,000 lbs towing capacity. The Activity Mount is not rated for towing, it is only designed for accessories. If you plan on doing some towing, I recommend the # C57ER Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector for your wiring needs.
