Question:
will the wiring harness be different for the high top and ext . body compare to the regular van?

Expert Reply:
The only descriptor that changes the trailer wiring harness needed is whether your 2020 Ford Transit T350 is a SRW or DRW model.
If your 2020 Ford Transit T350 has single rear wheels as opposed to duals, the # 118643 Tekonsha trailer wiring harness would work perfectly for you. If you have a dual rear wheel model, use # 118722, either of which would provide a 4-pole trailer connector to provide basic lighting functions to the trailer.
