The closest tire size we offer to the ST180/70R13 tires on your trailer is the ST175/80R13 which will be about 3/4" taller than your current tires, and just under 1/2" narrower.

I recommend the Karrier ST175/80R13 Radial Trailer Tire with 13" White Wheel - 5 on 4-1/2 - Load Range D # AM31985 which includes a wheel with the 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern which should match your 5 bolt hubs, but you will want to use the included help article to measure your current wheels to confirm. The # AM31985 has a load rating of 1650lbs at 70 PSI, is a radial tire which is ideal for highway travel due to the ply direction compared to a bias tire, and has an 81MPH speed rating so you can keep up with traffic.

I included a video of the # AM31985 for you to take a look at.
