Looking for a truxedo replacement cover for my 2010 Ford F-150 5.5’ box. Not sure what the part number is, I can’t find it anywhere on the cover

Your 2010 Ford F-150 would have the Truxedo Lo Pro QT part #TX597601 installed on it so the replacement cover would be the part #TX577601-CVR which is a confirmed fit.
