For your 2018 Nissan Titan XD I recommend the Rhino-Rack Vortex Crossbar System for Retrax XR Series and Mountain Top EVO-M Tonneau Covers # RRVA180B-RRRLT600.
The kit comes with 4 quick mount legs that mount in the track system of your XR tonneau and create mounting points for the crossbars.The bars are 71" long so you'll have plenty of room to mount up some bikes or any other gear you're taking with you. Like most roof racks the bars do have a slot on top for accessories to be mounted, and have a rubber strip to keep debris out and help provide grip.
What I really like about these cross bars is they detach and attach so quickly. They use a quick release trigger system so you can remove the legs without having to get a bunch of tools. That's really nice for things like car washes, or just storing your bike rack and cross bars when not being used. Each time you want to use the rack it will click back into place.
I've included a photo that a customer sent in with some bikes they're taking while towing their camper.
