One big difference between the XB16 chains like part # TH01571245 and XG12 chains like the # TH01594245 is the link size which is hinted at in the title of the chains. The XB16 requires 16 mm of clearance and the XG12 only requires 12 mm. They are similar styles of chains that use the same principals for install and tensioning but overall the XG12 is a bit easier. This is due to mainly the difference in the tensioning devices. The XG12 has a ratcheting setup on the tensioner which makes for a bit easier of an install. You'll have to fight the XB16 a bit more to get it fully connected and tightened. If you check out the install videos I attached for both sets you'll see what I am referring too.
