Hi will this model fit a 1500 ram 2019?

The Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 75662 is only a fit for the 2019 Ram 1500 Classic without a factory trailer hitch which is the old body style (fourth generation). The photo you attached shows a factory trailer hitch on what I believe to be the 2019 Ram 1500 new body style (fifth generation).

On the new body style there are two different trailer hitches, one that has a 2" receiver tube opening below the bumper and one that has a cutout for a hitch ball in the bumper. It looks like you have the latter so there should be a plug in the center of the bumper that you can remove and then install a hitch ball like part # 63845.

Is that is not the case or you would rather have a 2" receiver tube opening then you are going to want to remove the trailer hitch you have now and then replace it with the Curt Trailer Hitch part # C15005 which is a confirmed fit for you.
