I do have an option for you but we do not offer a way for you to carry both a scooter and two bikes on your trailer hitch receiver as they don't make any sort of carrier to my knowledge that will allow for this. Instead, I recommend placing the scooter on your trailer hitch receiver with a motorcycle carrier like the Ultra-Fab Carrier for 2" Hitches part # UF48-979033 and then the two bikes on a ladder mounted bike rack like the Stromberg Carlson 2 Bike Carrier part # LA-102. If you do not already have an exterior ladder on your motorhome then you can add one using the Stromberg Carlson RV Exterior Ladder part # LA-401.
Unfortunately, this will be the only option we have for you to carry your scooter and two bikes. Please keep in mind that any carrier placed on the motorhome will need to be rated for this use and the Ultra-Fab Carrier is the only motorcycle carrier we offer that is.
I have attached a review video on the motorcycle carrier and ladder for you as well.
