Generator Recommendation to Power Advent Air RV Air Conditioner # ACM135

Question:

Need info on smallest generator to power your smaller A/C units. Will honda 2000 work or is larger generator needed?

The Advent Air RV Air Conditioners # ACM135 that you referenced draws 1,450 watts. A 2,000 watt Honda generator would easily work to power this.

We have a 2,000 watt generator from A-iPower part # 289-SUA2000i that would also work and cost less than a Honda.

@Bill It is a simple two wire connection for the dual setup to be complete. Are you absolutely sure the AC is in good working order?
