Propane Fittings for Connecting 100 lb Tank Onto Two 30 lb Tank System and Adding Grill
Question:
I have a 2016 Durango gold fifth wheel trailer manufactured by KZ Manufacturing that is 40 and a half foot long. I want to hook to my current propane set up on fifth wheel trailer which has 2 - 30 lb propane tanks with a automatic switchover valve a 100 pound propane tank that I can hook into that current setup on the RV 30 pound propane tanks. Also I dont know if its possible to have an additional port coming off the propane setup that I can run a barbecuer or another propane item off of in addition to the hundred pound propane tank. Im not sure what I need for the setup and I need assistance with that on what item I need to get to accomplish setting up the hundred pound propane tank plus the additional propane item that I might be using. And I dont know if its possible to set it up so that it runs off of the automatic switchover valve when the hundred pound propane tank is tied to it and if it is not possible thats fine. I also would like the longest propane hose possible as I may want to have the hundred pound tank away from the front driver side of the trailer where the propane tanks are currently located as I might want it on the passenger side front. If you can assist me with an item number or name that you have in stock I would really appreciate it. I also seen that you could send pictures so I sent four pictures of the propane tanks with the automatic switch over valve in the tag and the instructions on the tag so you know what I have available there. If you have any questions get back to me and I appreciate your help very much! Thank you very much and have a great day!

For your 100 lb propane tank mounted on the passenger side, I recommend running the MB Sturgis Sturgi-Stay T-Fitting w Hose - Type 1 Valve - Quick Disconnect, Disposable Cylinder Ports # 103615. This will give you a 72 inch hose from your 100 lb tank to the T-fitting which will connect between one of your 30 lb tanks and the connection to your crossover regulator. This T-fitting will also allow you to run the MB Sturgis Propane Adapter Hose for Small Appliance - Disposable Cylinder Ports - 12' # 100284-144-MBS to your grill. If you have a grill that is less of the portable style and has the plastic fitting with the regulator, you can use the MB Sturgis Disposable Propane Bottle Adapter Fitting # 204132-MBS to make it compatible.
If you want a longer hose from the 100 lb tank to the t-fitting, you can use the MB Sturgis Sturgi-Stay Quick Disconnect Propane Fill Hose - 10' # 100794-120-MBS.
