To hook up two 100 pound propane tanks to your trailer, I would recommend the JR Products # 37207-30395 Propane Regulator With Automatic Changeover. This part can supply 345,000 BTU of gas. The maximum inlet pressure is 100 PSI. I would just inventory all of the propane items on your trailer and total up the maximum BTU each could draw at one time. For most people that would be well under 345,000 BTU/hr. If you needed something with greater BTU then we could need to look for a high volume commercial regulator.
