How to Adjust Hitch Height of RV To Allow Vehicle to Flat Tow with Tow Bar Level
Published 12/05/2017 >
Question:
i have a 2011 wrangler that i tow behind my motor home, however there is a height difference between the car and rear of the motor home, the car sits a little higher then the hitch, is there a receiver sleeve that i can use the bring them to equal heights? what i mean is, as there are ball hitches that can be a or lift depending on which way you install them into the receiver on the pulling vehicle, is there a similar type of sleeve that i can use to increase the height of the draw bar from the motor home to the car??

Sounds like what you are looking for is a high low adapter like part # RM-070 which will allow you to raise or lower the hitch height by 4 inches.
I also attached a link below that shows how to pick out the correct high low adapter as well.
