Tow Power Fuse Location for a 2017 Winnebago View with a 7-Pin Wiring Connector
Question:
We purchased a hitch harness to attach to our tow car from you. It is a 7 pin connector that attaches to the back of our view. Weve come to find out that we are not getting any signals through the connector on the back of the view. This is built on a 2016 sprinter van frame. Can you tell me why we are not getting any voltage readings out of the tow connector? Is it a fuse problem? If so do you know where the fuses are? Many thanks

It sounds like it may be a fuse issue. After researching the 2016 Mercedes Sprinter Manual on-line, I was able to track down the fuse box. It's located in the footwell on the left-hand side of the vehicle.
If your fuses check out fine, I would recommend physically inspecting the wiring for damage under the vehicle. Having your new Winnebago dealer inspect the wiring may be your best bet, if it's not a fuse issue. Here are the fuses that you'll want to check:
Fuse No. 14 Trailer power socket 20 A
Fuse No. 15 Trailer recognition unit 25 A
