Using Brake Adjustment Tool on Drop Axle

Question:

Question about brake adjustment spoon tool you sell. Will this tool work on drop axles. The axle is hard to get to compared standard axle. Thanks

The # W80630 brake adjustment tool we offer is two sided. One side has a 90 degree bend in it that makes accessing the brake adjuster on a drop spindle much easier. The # W80630 tool will work just fine for you.

Is the W80630 tool recommended by the brake manufacturer's for use on their brake assemblies with a drop axle? Does etrailer.com have a video showing an adjustment with a drop axle? I've got a Lippert axle with Lippert brake assemblies. There's got to be a better way than the W80630 tool.

The Brake Adjustment Tool # W80630 is indeed the best option we have, even for drop axles - because of its 90 degree bend mentioned above. You could use something similar that has a sharp bend to reach the star wheel but I unfortunately don't have a completely different solution.
