Are all my 2004 Pilots tow ready meaning the plug in wire harness is present?

According to my contact at Tow Ready, all 2003-2008 Honda Pilots had the connector for installing the # 118336 trailer wiring harness. The connector is located under the threshold in the rear cargo area, as shown in the photo I've provided and the video I've linked for you.
