The bearings and seals of a trailer hub are separate parts from the hub that you will need to individually remove to replace. If you check out the video I attached you can see exactly how to remove and replace bearings and seals.
The best way to find the correct replacement bearings is to get the numbers stamped onto the metal of the inner and outer bearings that are currently on the trailer. With those you will be able to find the correct replacement bearings, races, and seals.
Another option is to measure the spindle of your trailer with a micrometer to get the diameter of it where the seal, inner, and outer bearings ride. See picture.I have included a link to a video on inspecting trailer bearings that should help you when removing the old bearings.
