Good product and better built than the original!
It seems these slam latches are by far superior than the originals on our Solitude. eTrailer was able to key the slam latches to our existing Bauer keys; so nice not having additional keys. We highly recommend getting your locking slam latches from eTrailer. If I can say this, the price is great!!
Exact replacement for the outer handle and latch section of my OEM non locking latch which had the handle snap off in cold weather. Note that this does not include the interior galvanized plate piece for the inside of the hatch door. Also, It includes only the one key, which is fine as I won’t be locking it as it replaces a non locking latch… This item cost over $[XX] less than my dealer wanted for basically the same rebranded non-locking Bauer Product-20 latch…

These slap latches worked perfectly on my 2021 Chaparral. Installation took a total of 20 mins for the 3 latches I replaced.

Delivery was on time. However, I received no hardware, nor a back plate for this latch. Reached out to them regarding a return, informing them that there was no hardware nor back plate. The only response I received were questions regarding the condition of my return, and that I need to pay the shipping costs to return. My recommendation, please be sure you look at the product description thoroughly.
Was told I needed a new lock since I lost the key. Upon receiving the lock it turned out that the new key that came with the new lock actually worked on my old lock. So this Bauer lock is the #357 key in case you only need a key.
While the latches arrived all key the same as the entry door per my request and they arrived earlier than expected I cannot give them a 5 star review. All three of the latches have the same problem in that I had to self tap the 4 holes for screws to insert myself. There was no threading inside for screws holes what so ever. I tried to contact Bauer per recommendation from etrailer to never receive a call back. Also went to Bauers website to find no infomation on how they are actually attached or installed.

Hey Ricky! I reached out to Bauer too, and they said there aren't any written instructions to pass along, and they said you would just use the old hardware to install the new latch.

I have only had them a month. They are working great but still no answer on why I had to tread the screw holes
This part looks like it will be exact match for latch on my gd travel trailer I have yet too install but see no problem with that. Thanks again e trailer

The Door Slam Latch is well made but will not work on my 5th wheel. It's not the product. The Bauer door latch is much better constructed than the latch it was replacing. I needed a replacement quickly, contacted etrailer who made every effort to provide information and measurements, I knew there was a chance it wouldn't be a suitable sub, and took a shot anyway. Upside, I was right.
Great replacement. Fit perfectly. Broke key off in our old one and this fixed our issue. Love etrailer!!

Very happy with these locks. Able to install four of them in less than 30 minutes. Keys fit into the key holes effortlessly.
Nice product. Works well but didn't fit as expected. The outside diameter on the plunger end is more narrow than the top. It didn't cover the cutout very well.I used geocel proflex around latch.
Doesn't allow for door thickness of more than 1/2 inch.

I know that this lock replaces the Replaces Bauer BP-20, Fastec [FIC] 30205, Global Link 40101-2006, BLL-50101-2006 door slam latches. To know if the latch will fit you will need to remove your current slam latch and measure the cutout hole. This slam latch has a cutout hole requirement of 3.25 inches tall x 4 inches wide.
