Hello, I have a question about the 15 ton pintle hitch/ball combo, item number BP38FR. I am wondering what the capacity of the hitch is if you are using the ball? . Thank you.

The Buyers Products 15 Ton Combination Pintle Hitch w/ 2-5/16" Ball # BP38FR has a maximum gross trailer weight of 30,000 lbs and max tongue weight of 6,000 lbs. Whether you are using a coupler with the ball or a drawbar/pintle ring the capacity remains the same.

We actually have a mounting kit for the Pintle kit part #BP38FR with the part #3378520 which comes with 1/2 inch diameter 2 inch long bolts.

The Buyers Products 15 Ton Pintle Hook with Mounting Kit #33710040 actually comes with the mounting hardware needed to get it installed but if you're needing to replace it you can find it with the Pintle/Combination Hitch Mounting Kit #3378520.
