To determine if you will be able to switch from your Taskmaster 4.80R12 Radial Trailer Tire # TT48012C to a Karrier ST175/80R13 Radial Trailer Tire with 13" Galvanized Wheel # AM31994 on your trailer you will need to measure your current tire clearance.

The ST175/80R13 is 3.4" taller and 2.13" wider than your current tire. This means you will want to have at least 2-1/8" clearance on the sidewalls of your current tire and 4.7" of vertical clearance for the larger tire to fit without rubbing.

We do have kits like the Correct Track Trailer Alignment and Lift Kit # LC87120 for leaf sprung axles and Torflex Lift Kit # K71-723-01 for Dexter #9 Torflex axles, that can provide you with additional vertical clearance if needed. If you can give me more information/images of your current suspension I can ensure you get the correct kit.
